TS&T is a manufactures representative and a distributor for various products. Their services include assisting design consultants, supporting traffic engineers and equipment installation. Project deliverables are dependent on supply chain ordering, processing and receiving. The sales and engineering staff spent years managing this process manually via paper, spreadsheets and a simple database. They decided to look for help in building a solution that would automate many of these tasks. PowerStormTech helped develop a workflow process that automated many tasks, created soft copies and database flexibilty and organization. Custom reports and a series of automated reminders helped create the desired environment resulting in $ and time savings.

  Office Automation and WebSite Integration

A&M Concrete is a Concrete services company that utlizes Time and Material employees for most projects. Projects success is dependent on accurate records of T&M work performed. The current manual process involved manually tracking all the information via spreadsheets. PowerStormTech created a web based solution that eliminated the need for the Project lead to manually update spreadsheet records for processing. The new automated T&M application created database lists of common material items, created an easy to use interface for inputting information and added customer reporting features.

The organization wanted to create automated tools that could read custom XML files and create a standard industry standard questionaires for Auditors, Risk Assessors and other consultants to more effectively and easily perform Audits and Assessments. Desktop and Web versions of the software were created and release for general sale.
