PST's approach to project management is based on PMBOK and Agile best practices. Project Management is the glue that helps keeps successful projects on track. Issue resolution, status reporting, communication, requirements over site, customer satisfaction and event management are all required for successful  and effective project governance.

Project Management success centers on communication, planning, tracking and controlling the life cycle of project tasks.  A Project Lead is assigned to all projects to ensure project commitments are being met and for ensuring overall project management (defined below) to include issue resolutions, status reporting, customer satisfaction and event management.
